When Heathrow's Terminal Five (T5) opens its doors to the public next March, its passengers may be surprised to find 40 London plane trees in the centre of the complex. The trees have been planted to give a sense of park life to Interchange Plaza - apublic space that will give passengers arriving in, and departing from, the terminal the chance to get some fresh air.
