摘要

Application of the inverse analysis to determination of flow stress on the basis of results of plane strain compression tests is described in the paper. The tests were performed on the Gleeble 3800 simulator for two steel grades rolled at the plate mill in Huta Czestochowa. Inverse analysis gave the real flow stress vs. Strain relationships in the tabular and analytical form. These relationships were adapted to the material model in the control system and implemented into the computer program, which controls the rolling process.
