AN engineer's electrocution has landed lift firm ThyssenKrupp Elevator UK (TKE) a ?125,000 penalty.Steven Loake, 53, died while working on top of the chapel lift at Penton-ville prison in north London. He did not isolate the lift from the power supply and was found slumped behind it by a prison service employee.
