Persimmon Homes has been fined for failing to ensure a scaffold at its development in Ploughman's Lane, Bunkers Hill, Lincoln, was built to an approved design. The scaffolding company was also convicted for failings that led the structure to collapse. Two Persimmon bricklayers were standing on the plaform, which was six metres above the ground and had been loaded with blocks, when it fell.
