Persimmon to build half its homes off site

Persimmon is planning to build 50 per cent of its homes offsite, its managing director has told CN. Jeff Fairburn said the country's biggest housebuilder was ramping up the modular approach, or Space4, which currently produces a third of its homes - around 3,500.
