St Modwen and Persimmon steeled to build homes in Newport and Neath

St Modwen and Persimmon's joint venture on two giant regeneration schemes in south Wales is moving forward. On 16 June the developers received planning permission from Newport City Council for a first phase of development at the 600 acre Glan Llyn site. This month a further planning application will be submitted to build homes at the 1,060 acre Coed Darcy development near Neath.
