Magnetic isotopy: New horizons

The title of my paper "New Isotopy in Chemistry and Biochemistry" sounds strange and even ambitious, and ambitions, as you know, are groundless claims of nonexistent merits. Indeed, everybody knows everything about isotopes and isotopy, the science of isotopes. Nonetheless, a baffling question arises: Where does new isotopy come from? This question opened Academician A.L. Buchachenko's paper at an RAS Presidium meeting. The article below is based on that paper about new discoveries in the science of isotopes and isotope applications.
