Kuwait Looks to Build Refinery in India

State oil company Kuwait Petroleum (KPC) is exploring building a new refinery in India and has held talks on it with Indian companies, the company's CEO said last week. CEO Saad Al-Shuwaib said KPC has held discussions regarding the project with "everybody" in India, specifically naming Reliance Industries, the country's largest private oil company, Dow Jones reported.
