CARB Approves Creation of Greenhouse Gas Reporting Registry

The California Air Resources Board (CARB) approved Thursday measures in which facilities that emit over 25,000 metric tons per year of greenhouse gases must report its emissions data to a statewide registry (see OW 12/03/2007).
