Heading for VIV China

The intensive livestock business in China is on the increase. In order to enable farm managers and suppliers to meet, VIV organises their biannual China edition to take place in October. Unlike before, a different venue in Beijing will host the show:the new CIEC. From a closed economy only decades ago, China has turned into a modern society. The Olympic Games, held in August, clearly marks the progress that China is making. It also indicates that China's economy is growing rapidly. As a result, demand for food continually increases. For suppliers and farmers, VIV again organises a meeting point for the intensive livestock business. Suppliers, both with their roots in China, as well as from abroad, will be displaying their products at the fifth edition of VIV China, which will take place from 20-22 October in the New China International Exhibition Centre (NCIEC). Of course, VIV will not only be a place where products will be displayed, but will also be an international meeting place for professionals within the field. Key drivers of the show include meat quality, freshness and safety, subject to the increasing health awareness of the Chinese consumer.
