摘要

Comparison between different packing materials, irrespective of vegetables, revealed that the mean sensory evaluation index (SEI) score was highest in polyethylene (55.77) followed by LDPE bag (53.32) and plastic container (50.82). Plastic container is recommended for Fenugreek, Chillies, Beans, carrot and tomato while polyethylene bag is for coriander and for cucumber and LDPE bag for lady's finger.
