Neste Oil acquired four new service stations in the St. Petersburg area of Russia in Nov. after opening three new outlets in the region earlier this year, raising its total to 61 service stations and further strengthening its retail market share in Northwest Russia. "Neste Oil's goal is to be one of the two largest station networks in all its selected markets, and we are now closer to achieving this in Northwest Russia as well," the company's Vice President of Russian, Polish, and Baltic Operations said. "Our overall aim is to consolidate Neste Oil's position as one of the leading brands on the retail market in and around St. Petersburg," added Neste's St. Petersburg general manager.
