In its push to expand in the Balkans, Optima Group, a unit of Russian Zarubezneft, may purchase OMV's retail networks in Croatia and Bosnia. "We are very interested and we are closely monitoring developments even uiough it's too early to say that this will definitely happen," an Optima executive said. "We are looking to expand operations as we have surplus capacity at our refineries."
