Colombia has been sending mixed signals on gas. While the head of its oil and gas licensing agency, the National Hydrocarbons Agency (ANH), tells investors in New York and London that the country has so much gas it could export LNG in just a few years, many officials and analysts on the ground are preparing for the prospect of LNG imports by mid-decade (WGI Apr.21,p2).
