The big exploration and production sharing agreement that last week brought BP back into Libya will see the company invest at least 900 million over the next seven to 10 years - and probably more like 1.2 billion,a spokesman says - drilling 17 exploration wells in the onshore Ghadames and offshore Sirte Basins.A further anticipated 20 appraisal wells could add 800 million more to the tab,bringing total exploration and appraisal spending to around 2 billion,making this the company's single biggest exploration commitment.
