The Arctic regions of the US and Canada may have substantial volumes of oil and gas locked beneath icy waters and frozen tundra across the far northern latitudes,but the resources in place don't come close to matching those that exist in the Mideast in far more easily extractable conditions,according to a recent study by Wood Mackenzie and Fugro Robertson.
