ACCORDING THE LATEST USDA report, class-3 milk prices continued their downward spiral with the September price falling to $16.39 per CWT, down 52 cents from Aug and 57 cents below the same time last year.Without the sinecures associated with supply management, U.S. producers are faced with a growing international herd and increasing supplies, which continues to weigh on prices.
