摘要

The composite powders with the titanium carbide-high chromium cast iron composition, produced by vacuum sintering of the mixtures of the powders of titanium carbide and the metallic binder form, in electron beam welding, coatings with the porosity lower than the coatings, deposited by the composite powders, synthesised with preheating of the reaction mixture in a vacuum of 10 Pa. The dispersion of the carbide hardening phase in the coatings, deposited by the synthesised composite powders, can be efficiently regulated by varying the content of the metallic binder in the reaction mixture.
