PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a cast-iron cast-coating structure that realizes brazing-joining of a cermet TiC tip and high-chromium cast iron through the Kirkendall effect without removing a vacuum-coated thin film, in view of the fact that although a wax material is coated over a surface of a cermet tip in order to join a cermet TiC tip and high-chromium cast iron, a complicated process is conventionally necessitated for this purpose including removing in advance a vacuum-coated thin film from a cermet TiC tip surface and also re-plating wax or spray coating wax after the removal of the thin film.;SOLUTION: In a method of high-chromium cast iron cast-coating for a cermet TiC tip, a cermet TiC tip surface-coated with a vacuum-coated thin film is cleaned at a surface by degreasing acid pickling and then subjected to electroless copper plating or electroless Ni plating and further to Ni-B electroplating, then immersed in a liquid flux including China clay and produced by resolving all of potassium fluoride, acidic potassium fluoride, boronic acid, borax and boronic potassium fluoride in a solvent such as alcohol so as to cause deposition, then heated to form a baked film of the plating and a flux and complete the surface treatment, and thereafter cast with high-chromium cast iron in a die.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT
