Modelling the process of diffusion bonding electrodes of vacuum arc-extinguishing chambers and methods of sealing them

摘要

A mathematical model proposed in this work describes the process of diffusion bonding of electrodes of vacuum arc-extinguishing chambers by means of thermal tension formed during temperature changes in the components with different temperature coefficients of linear expansion.The proposed mathematical model can be used to determine the parameters and materials of designed materials for welding and also the process conditions.In calculations the elastic strain may be ignored because it is low and rapidly changes to creep strain.
