Special features of reconditioning heavily loaded components with surface defects

The relationships of the preparation of surfaces of worn components, containing surface defects, for the deposition of the reconditioning layer and the overall and local deposition of the layer have been determined. These relationships make it possible to minimise of the dimensions of the removed and deposited layer in reconditioning. The relationships may be used for the preparation of the essential data in the design of technological processes of reconditioning of components with surface defects in the stages of determination of the presence of defects in the components, deposition of reconditioning layers and machining of the layers.
