MOST PEOPLE SPEED, one in five admits it's dangerous, but the majority think that speed cameras are just there to make money. Virtually all motorists reckon that speed limits need to be increased on the motorway, and most think three points, or less, for driving at 39mph in a 3omph zone is fair enough. These are just some of the results from the What Car? Survey on Speed, in which 1264 motorists took part on whatcar.com.
