The unit is small and compact with a variety of intensive buildings. It is totally slurry based and over the years has been modernised to improve output and efficiency. In the last two years David has invested in new weaning accommodation. Tight stocking rates means he needs to finish pigs as quickly and efficiently as possible and so packing on the kgs as early as possible is important.
