This meeting, which focuses on Veterinary Surgery, contains approximately 139 abstracts, all written in English, on a variety of topics. Topics include safety of hypertonic saline solutions for joint lavage in healthy dairy calves, mechanical evaluation of equine laryngoplasty, peripheral blood apheresis, evaluation of biphasic cartilage repair device, incidence of incisional complications and associated risk factors, and choledochotomy and primary repaur of extrahepatic biliary duct tears in dogs and cats. Other topics include effect of synovitis on intra-articular amikacin concentrations, and partial lateral corpectomy.
