Items like TS Today and free entry to Conference, with up to 20 hours of CPPD, are fairly easy to explain, as are training and qualifications. The work of TSI lead officers is also fairly clear; sharing their knowledge with you and through their speciality working groups contributing to initiatives, research and campaigns.
