Agreement/Collaboration: Vehixel and Indcar announce collaboration to expand business internationally

Spain/France - Last month at FIAA in Madrid, Spanish bus body builder, Indcar of Arbucies, Spain, announced it had joined forces with Vehixel Carrosier Constructeur of Attignat, France, in a global strategic alliance to strengthen their competitive position and earn more by offering the widest range of minibuses and midibuses in Europe. Both companies are family-run businesses that specialize in building minibuses and midi-buses with passenger capacities ranging from 16 to 40 places. The companies have been working together informally for the past five years.
