Ashok Leyland launches U-Truck range

Chennai - U-Truck is the name of Ashok Leyland's new truck range launched at Auto Expo in Delhi during January; 25 different truck and tractor models from 16 to 49 tonnes are scheduled to be introduced over an 18 month period starting from April this year (nine models - tippers and tractors -are to be launched in the second quarter period) and these will eventually replace its existing truck range. Truck & Bus Builder's, Gopalakrishnan Kalidasan had the opportunity to test drive a number of the new models at Ashok Leyland's test track in Chennai ahead of the AutoExpo show in New Delhi and some of his remarks, The experience was simply outstanding.
