DEVICE FOR INSPECTION OF LEYLAND CONTAMINATION BY EGGS OF SOIL-TRANSMITTED HELMINTHES

FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: device for investigation of leyland contamination by eggs of soil-transmitted helminthes consists of five cylinders made from plastic or any high-strength material. The cylinders have the diameter and height of 100 mm. A bottom portion of the cylinder is closed with a polyethylene sheet of the thickness of 1-2 mm. The cylinders are fixed together with 2-3 layers of a scotch tape of the width of 40-50 mm. In junction points of the cylinders there are 15-30 needle holes at the distance of 1-2 cm for aeration. The device is attached vertically on a support stand, and its total height makes 500 mm.;EFFECT: enabled laboratory simulation of various extreme factors and conditions for the purpose of prediction of a level of the environmental contamination by agents of various soil-transmitted helminthiases.;4 dwg, 2 tbl
