Russia/UK/Hosur - April 2009 saw Sergei Kogogin CEO of Kamaz Inc of Naberezhnye Chelny, Russia and Ravi Rishi, President, Vectra Group of Richmond-upon-Thames, UK sign a joint venture agreement at Vectra's Indian headquarters in Bangalore covering the manufacture of a range of Kamaz trucks in India for the domestic market. This agreement executes, previously announced plans made at AutoExpo06 in Dehli January 2006, to form a truck and bus joint venture company and follows several years of cooperation.
