Germany - Krone Holding GmbH & Co KG (Krone Group) of Spelle, Germany, last month reported a turnover of some EUR1.4bn for its financial year ending July 31, 2012, which compares with EUR1.315bn in the previous fiscal period. However, this latest figure, says Krone, disguises greatly the fact that fiscal year 2010/2011 included the Trade and Services division, whilst the fiscal year 2011/2012 did not, as it was separated or hived off from the rest of the group for succession reasons. Consequently, as of August 1, 2011, said Krone, the consolidating procedures no longer applied to the Trade and Services division - however, it did not state what the contribution of this division was to the company.
