Good progress is being made on building new cycle superhighways and junction improvements aimed at encouraging further uptake of cycling in Leeds, Bradford and London. Steve Dale reports. Efforts to create safer cycling conditions are being stepped up in Leeds and London, where segregated road space for cyclists is being delivered as the cities look to encourage active travel.
