摘要

This paper deals with the analysis of friction characteristics of wet multi plate clutches with regards to adverse drivetrain-oscillations using a suitable multi-domain Simulation approach. This is accomplished with the example of an AWD-vehicle architecture with front transverse engine and torque transmission to the rear axle via a hang-on AWD coupling which is hydraulically actuated by a differential-speed-sensing pump. The aim is to demonstrate the interactions of the tribological System on the Vibration behavior of the drivetrain. A special focus lies on the precise description of the static and dynamic friction coefficients. In addition, influences of various drivetrain Parameters are discussed. The Validation is based on selected vehicle measurements.
