摘要

A field investigation was conducted during the Rabi season of2012-13 to study the forage yield of sorghum as influenced by broadcast vs. band application of nitrogen with its different levels (0,40,80,120 160 kg N ha~(-1)). The application of 160 kg Nha~(-1) which was at par with 120 kg N ha 1 applied through band placement method significantly increased green fodder yield and dry fodder yield compared with broadcasting method of nitrogen application.
