The highlight of the Manchester Section's social calendar took place at the Hanover International, Warrington, on Saturday 2nd October 2004.Chairman Stan Jones welcomed guests from around the Sections, including OCCA President David Foulger and his wife Kathleen.Before dinner, Stan Jones asked for a moment's silence in memory of Norman Seymour who had recently passed away. Norman was a popular and respected OCCA Member and was due to be an honoured guest of the Section for the evening.
