Mitsubishi chemical raises stake in Japan epoxy resins to 90%

Mitsubishi Chemical Corp.has announced that it ahs raised its stake in Japan Epoxy Resins Co.from 50% to 90% to bolster its operations in the epoxy resin market.Japan Epoxy Resisn was formed in May 1979,as a fifty-fifty joint venture between Mitsubishi Chemical and Resolution Holdings B.V.,a wholly owned subsidiary of U.S.chemical firm Resolution Performance Products LLC.
