Further advances in sustainable petrochemicals

GraalBio, a biotechnology company of the Graal Group, recently announced its investment plans in Brazil. The projects include:1. Construction of a commercial plant for the production of cellulosic ethanol;2. Installation of an agricultural station to develop new cane varieties with high fibre content;3. Construction of a pilot plant aiming at the development of biochemical pathways;4. Establishment of a research centre for the development of genetically modified organisms, which willbe used in the production of biochemicals and biofuels.
