Rohm and Haas issues outlook for third quarter

Rohm and Haas has announced that sales for the third quarter are expected to be 8 to 10 percent higher than the same period in 2002,driven by the favorable impact of currencies,acquisitions made in 2002,and selling price increases while demand is relatively flat,a result of the continuing sluggish economic enviornment,particularly in the industrial sectors.
