This plough was a gift, but it had to be retrieved, half-dismantled, from a pile of scrap on a local farm. Although the owner claimed it was a Ferguson plough, positive identification was hindered by a broken maker's plate and a twin casting headstock arrangement that seemed to dictate otherwise. The mystery remains were brought back to my workshop.
