CLEVELAND 2016: Opening Plenary Session

The first morning's plenary session concluded with a panel discussion on the theme of bringing colour innovation into the market. The panel of experts comprised: Dr Christopher Seubert (of Ford Motor Co), Dr Severine Jeulin (of L'Oreal) and Prof Sally Erickson Wilson (of the Detroit College of Creative Studies). Mr Paul Czornij (of BASF) was the moderator. Among the topics considered were: the trade-off between production efficiency and creativity; the management of the production process; and the ways in which companies and academics can collaborate to create the best products.
