18 vie for 6 seats on TIA's board

BOWIE, Md.-The Tire Industry Association (TIA) has nominated a slate of 18 individuals vying for six seats on the association's 24- seat board of directors. Among those nominated to three-year terms are three current TIA board members-Ernie Cara-manico of Amityville Firestone in Amityville, N.Y.; Lyssa Da Costa of Hercules Tire International in Kitchener, Ontario; and former Tire Association of North America President Tom Wright of Wright Tire Service in Anoka, Minn.
