Humility, respect foundations of learning Mature techs know they don't know everything

All employees, especially technicians, must understand that humility and respect are the foundations of learning. To put it another way, humility and respect define a positive learning attitude. My field experience indicates that most automotive technicians are very positive abopt learning. I believe I have a decent perspective on the topic because, first of all, I've turned wrenches and attended classes (still do, too!).
