Better yet, his employees still know who he is and always respond with a respectful "Hello, Mr. Toney" as he leads a tour through this family-owned facility in Louisburg.There is a connection there—a mutual respect—between a man who has spent his lifetime trying to keep his yard full of logs, his machines running, his employees healthy and happy; and a group of employees that have built Toney Lumber's reputation for fulfilling orders in a timely manner with high-quality products. The mill, whose primary products are radius edge decking and stair materials, employs 65.
