Review Investigation on Imported BOPET

摘要

On August 25,2000,Ministry of Foreign Trade & Economic Cooperation(MOFTEC)issued final arbitration of dumping investigation on imported bi-oriented polyester film(BOPET)originating from Republic of Korea deciding to levy anti-dumping duties for 5 years as from December 29,1999.In March 2003,the function of MOFTEC was handed over to the newly organized Ministry of Commerce.In accordance with Anti-dumping Regulations of PRC,if the termination of anti-dumping through review leads to continuous or recurrent dumping and injury,the time limit of anti-dumping duties may be properly prolonged.
