China and Venezuela Starts Heavy Oil Evaluation Project

摘要

China National Petroleum Corporation(CNPC)and Venezuela petroleum corporation(PDVSA)announced on October 17th the startup of a project on the corporate study of heavy oil.There will be the foundation of a corporate study group on the project formed between CNPC and PDVSA and therefore,the formal startup of the evaluation of Orinoco heavy oil zone reserves.Many new advances were made with the cooperation of the two countries.
