Parasitic gastroenteritis causes losses in sheep, with evidence of continuing pasture larval challenge; Continuing risk of acute fasciolosis in sheep; Winter dysentery causes outbreaks of diarrhoea in cattle; Salmonella Typhimurium outbreak in dairycattle linked to human infection; Lack of health plans leads to severe losses in purchased lambs; Porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome associated with reproductive problems in pigs; SalmoneUosis and avian paramyxovirus II (pigeon) identified inwild birds.
