UNIQUE DECOMPOSITION PROPERTY AND EXTREME POINTS

This paper presents a solution to an openproblem posed by Font and Sanchis in [1]. We will showthat the unique decomposition property of a function space isnecessary to obtain a full characterization of extreme pointsof the unit ball in a dual space.
