An extremely austere method, based on biometric feature uniqueness, for protecting the safety of a personal item and executing a personal responsibility behavior, the method comprising: independently and successively realizing a locking and unlocking action by recognizing biometric features so as to protect the safety of a personal item; or, independently and successively realizing an unlocking and locking action by recognizing biometric features so as to execute a personal responsibility behavior; or, independently and successively realizing a locking and unlocking action by recognizing biometric features so as to execute a personal responsibility behavior; or, independently and successively realizing an unlocking and locking action by recognizing biometric features so as to protect the safety of a personal item. The method carries out a uniqueness operation of "first opened, last closed" or "first closed, last opened" for a personal unique responsibility by means of the biometric feature uniqueness of a human body. Moreover, only biometric feature information about a current user is stored, and the hardware requirements are low, thereby not only reducing production costs, but also improving a user's level of comfort and sense of security.
