British National Formulary for Children is previewed ahead of its September launch

A preview of the British National Formulary for Children (BNF-C) took place at the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health,London,last week,in the presence of the Princess Royal.The BNF-C,jointly published by the Royal Pharmaceutical Society,the British Medical Association,the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health and the Neonatal and Paediatric Pharmacists Group,will contain information and prescribing advice on drugs,both licensed and unlicensed,commonly used in children as well as guidance on topics such as prescription writing and reporting adverse drug reactions.
