PSNC produced template for fitness to practise notification

The Pharmaceutical Services Negotiating Committee has produced a template for pharmacists to use to notify their primary care trust of matters relating to their fitness to practise.The template is electronic and can be accessed at www:psnc.org.uk together with guidance to primary care trusts issued by the Department of Health.
