Monoclonal antibody for colorectal cancer

摘要

A monoclonal antibody targeting epidermal growth factor receptors(EGFR)has been licensed for the treatment of metastatic colorectal cancer.Cetuximab(Erbitux0,manufactured by Merck,is licensed for use in combination with irinotecan(Campto)in patients with metastatic colorectal cancer expressing the growth factor,after previous therapy including irinotecan has failed.
